Before joining Zhilin, Xiaodong YANG was a legal assistant in Henan Yanliang Law Firm. Yang once participated in cases of civil business contract disputes, guarantee liability litigation, traffic accident disputes, real estate sales disputes and etc. Besides, Yang has taken part in administrative litigations against administrative detention of public security organs.

1.Litigation-Trademarks

- Act for many famous enterprises like Luzhou Laojiao, Laocheng Yiguo and Shenzhen Fuanna, etc. in litigations of trademark protection and assist the clients to win the lawsuit or mediation and achieve their goals as expected.

2.Litigation on Unfair Competition

- Acting for the second trial of a unfair competition case between Taobao, Tmall and the price comprision tool Smart Dog. This case was a totally new one that used the general principle clause of the Anti-unfair Competition Law to accuse the infringement. During this case, Xiaodong YANG assisted the client to get a compensation of nearly RMB 2 million.

3.Litigation-Copyright and Unfair Competition

- Acting for dispute cases of copyright infringement and unfair competition between Tencent and a game company in Shanghai, which is about internet game infringement and still in the procedure of the first instance.

4.Securities-New Third Board Listing

- Participating in the due diligence of new OTC market projects and assisting an electronic technology company in Henan with its reform of governance structure, which made the company successfully listed on the new OTC market.

5.Projects of Legal adviser: Beijing XunZhong Communication Technology Co., Ltd

- Assist the company to handle various legal matters in operation and management; review business contracts and documents of the board of directors, shareholders' meeting and board of supervisors. Through non-litigation risk control, the company has less litigation.
