Work Experience

Li QIU serves as partner of Beijing Zhilin Law Firm. Prior to joining Zhilin, QIU had served as lawyer in Beijing B&D Law Firm.

QIU has more than 10 years of experience in legal professional services, specializing in enterprises listed at home and abroad, privatization delisting and red chip return, transnational investment and financing M&A, private placement and investment funds, corporate restructuring, etc.

Acting for a number of domestic enterprises, QIU has completed stock issuance and financing, privatization delisting and red chip return in domestic and overseas capital markets such as the United States, Europe and Hong Kong, completed several private investment projects in RMB or US dollar, M&A and cross-border M&A transactions representing enterprises / investors / purchasers, and completed traditional FDI and ODI projects.

QIU’s legal services include but are not limited to TMT, agriculture, industry and manufacturing, health care, new energy, new retail, e-commerce, culture and clothing.
