Work Experience

Furui ZHAO graduated as JM from Beijing Normal University, and has participated in more than 20 new OTC projects in an all-round way, responsible for the early due diligence of the whole project, the mid-term share reform, the writing of legal opinions in the later stage, and the reply to the core feedback opinions. ZHAO is experienced in new OTC projects and presently serves as full-time lawyer of Beijing Zhilin (Kunshan) Law Firm.

ZHAO had undertaken asset management and related legal work in Datang Wealth Investment Management Co., Ltd.
