Work Experience

Zhenming GUAN serves as full-time lawyer in Beijing Zhilin (Kunshan) Law Firm, possessing double degrees in law and engineering. At present, GUAN is an in-service graduate student of Civil and Commercial Law of Zhejiang University. Since GUAN’s practice as a lawyer, he has handled many cases in the fields of company law, labor law, personal infringement, private lending, etc., accumulating rich experience.

Prior to joining Zhilin, GUAN had worked as full-time lawyer in Beijing Huicheng (Kunshan) Law Firm.
