Hong HU serves as head and lawyer of Beijing Zhilin (Kunshan) Law Firm. HU has handled legal affairs in foreign enterprises for a long time with rich legal knowledge and practical experience in legal service. Prior to joining Zhilin, HU has served as lawyer in Beijing Huicheng (Kunshan) Law Firm, specializing in real estate and infrastructure, litigation and arbitration, criminal defense, labor employment, investment, financing M&A, etc. Since initiating the career as lawyer, HU has successfully acted for the retrial of construction projects dispute of a building engineering company in Jiangsu Province at the Supreme People's Court, Shi's contract fraud (set term of imprisonment from 10 years to 2.5 years after retrial), as well as a number of non-litigation legal affairs such as investment, financing and M&A with great local influence, which achieved good and legal social effects.
