Nuan ZHAO is licensed lawyer M&A, capital market and securities and foreign direct investment. ZHAO has represented investors/buyers to complete several acquisition projects, participated in listed companies’ projects of M&A, bonds issuance, listing and delisting of the third board market, directional issuance, etc., and assisted foreign clients with projects of investment and financing, cross-border M&A and company formation. The clients ZHAO has served include Checkpoint, PKC, Schneider, EFLA, Wanliwang, KTxuexi, Cheers, Tessenderlo, Gocalllliance Inc., SJEC, Gold Mantis, CommChina, Aidite, etc.
