Junxia SUN has more than 10 years of legal experience. Prior to joining Zhilin, SUN has served as legal director of listed companies, large group companies and private equity fund companies. SUN is skilled in investment and merger, civil and commercial litigation, capital market and securities and other legal services, and has served listed companies including CIFCO and Kinghand. SUN has also completed hundreds of investment and M&A projects, and handled a large number of civil and commercial disputes.
