Work Experience

With more than 10 years of practical experience, Hongtao TIAN had worked in a large-scale law firm in Asia for several years, and represented for many clients in the Supreme People’s Court of PRC, provincial high courts and intermediate courts. TIAN has considerable experience in commercial arbitration and is familiar with the arbitration rules of major arbitration institutions. TIAN has acted for a large number of commercial arbitration cases involving EPC, sales contracts and equity cooperation disputes, and won good economic benefits and business development opportunities for clients.
