Steven PAN is the founding partner of Beijing Zhilin Law Firm, who had successively worked in Beijing East IP Co., Ltd., CCPIT Patent and Trademark Office and Unitalen Law Office as patent agent, lawyer and partner, and has nearly 17 years of work experience.

Steven PAN has considerable experience in domestic and foreign patent agency, patent invalidation and litigation, intellectual property transaction and licensing. Pan has served numerous well-known enterprises at home and abroad as patent consultant and analyzer. Pan provides investment, financing and other legal services for a large number of start-up companies. Also, he renders legal services in family inheritance and wealth management for high net worth clients. Pan used to be representative of renowned enterprises at home and abroad, including Audi, S.F. Express, China Telecom, IBM, Sony, Fujitsu, Toyota, Samsung, LG, Canon, Toshiba, Intel, Cisco, etc.Steven PAN was elected as China Top 15 Lawyers – Family Wealth Management in 2022.
