Baochun ZHAO once worked in Patent Examination Cooperation Beijing Center of The Patent Office, CNIPA for 11 years and temporarily in the Intellectual Property Court of Beijing No.1 Intermediate People’s Court for 1 year. ZHAO was a patent examiner of CNIPA, patent examiner of PCT international applications, re-examiner, team leader of reexamination, head of Work Team of Patent Examination Cooperation Beijing Center of The Patent Office, training instructor, director of Power Engineering Office, etc. After obtaining professional qualification of Chinese lawyer, ZHAO once worked in Shanghai AllBright’s (Beijing) Office.

Baochun ZHAO has considerable professional experience in patent retrieval and analysis, patent information mining and writing, patent reexamination and invalidation, patent administrative litigation, patent infringement litigation, enterprise patent strategic deployment, etc.

For many years, Baochun ZHAO has been devoted in providing legal services in intellectual property of high quality and efficiency for domestic and foreign clients. The clients ZHAO has served include Alibaba, Taobao, AutoNavi, Wanda Group, Meizu, BOE, BYD, Xiaomi, Nuctech, etc.
