Wenliang LIU is a partner of Beijing Zhilin Law Firm. Before joining Zhilin, he held the position as judge in a court of Shandong for eight years, the head of litigation team in the Head Office of Beijing Rural Commercial Bank for nine years and a partner in Beijing Zhongwen Law Firm for two years.

1.Legal Counsel of Bank

In nearly nine years of working experience in Beijing Rural Commercial Bank, as the head of the legal litigation team of the Head Office, Liu led the litigation settlement personnel of the whole bank to retrieve, via various legal means, NPLs of RMB 4.431 billion, and terminated 2,114 litigation cases as accumulated (the data was confirmed by the off-office audit of Beijing Rural Commercial Bank). Liu hosted or undertaken a number of major NPL restructuring projects, litigation settlement cases, and debt repayment asset disposal projects.

2.Disposal of NPL

Liu has provided legal services for Beijing Branch of Great Wall Asset Management Company, Great Wall Glory Securities Co., Ltd., Runmu Wealth Management Co., Ltd., and Langzi Hanya Asset Management Co., Ltd., including two NPLs recovered by Runmu Wealth Management Co., Ltd., with a recovered amount over twice of creditor's principal.

3.Intellectual Property Legal Affairs

Liu mainly engages in the agency work of foreign intellectual property civil litigation cases, and has won the litigation lawsuits for the Formula One Management Company (UK), Vizard Company (USA), Formula One Licensing Company (Netherlands).
